Support trigger run creation and more detailed trigger run display page

1. Add trigger run detail page

Currently on trigger run detail page, we only have recent pipeline runs created by trigger, we should include: log url link, error message and parameters section on this page

2. Add run trigger button on pipeline detailed page and 3 dots
   Currently only CLI supports trigger creation, the correct flow should be: apply pipelines through MA CLI command -> create trigger runs through UI on pipeline detailed page/ MA CLI command with registered trigger config -> view trigger run through trigger run detailed page

3. Add Parameters and Triggers detail on pipeline detail page
   On pipeline detailed page, it should be Parameters and Triggers section
