windows desktop cannot see samba's path session

Description

Since version 1.3.x, on the Windows desktop version, after opening a Samba mapped drive path, the left sidebar becomes blank. It should display the session list and other information, but nothing shows up; the entire sidebar is empty. Also, opencode web cannot open the working folder under the Samba mapped path.

Steps to reproduce

1. Map a Samba drive
2. open opencode desktop
3. Click the plus sign and select a folder path under the previously mapped Samba drive (e.g., Z drive).
4. At this point, the sidebar will become blank

After starting opencode web, when you click the plus sign on the web interface and browse for a path, the Samba mapped drive letter (Z) is not visible, and the path //ip/share is also not visible

On the web version, I can open the working directory under the //ip/share/ path through a historical session. On the desktop version, although the sidebar is invisible, the conversation window can still display my last conversation in that directory, and the file list also shows up normally.
